Geography Intent Implementation and Impact statement
At Whitfield St James’ we use the Grammarsaurus Geography curriculum as vehicle for teaching the geography national curriculum. We use a cycle A/B approach as we have mixed aged classes but ensure that the vocabulary and skills the children are using are age expected. We also use Grammarsaurus’ locality projects to ensure that the children are learning about places that they know and are able to compare them to places they don’t.
