I hope you are all well and ready for the weekend.
It has been another busy week in school and pupils have been very busy with assessments and showing what they have learnt. Year 5 have visited St Phillip Howard and Mr Hannan’s class enjoyed watching Mary Poppins at Glossopdale.
Our school parliament have been preparing their questions for Robert Largan MP, who is visiting school next Friday.
There is no easy way to say this but Mrs Donaldson is retiring. Next Friday will be her last day and I am certain you will all join me in thanking her for all she has done for our school. The office and our school won’t be the same. Mrs Ovington will be starting after half term and we are all looking forward to welcoming her to our school.
From Monday, Mr Ford will be working in Bluebell class and Mrs Madigan will be working full time until the end of the academic year.
