RE

At Whitfield St James’, we believe Religious Education is an important part of helping children understand the world around them. Through RE, pupils learn about different beliefs, traditions, and values, and we encourage them to explore ideas of respect, kindness, and understanding.

We recognise, however, that parents and carers have the right to withdraw their child from all or part of RE lessons if they wish. If this is something you are considering, we kindly ask that you speak with the Executive Headteacher or Head of School first, so we can talk through the curriculum and answer any questions you may have.
